Successful weekend commissioning

On Sunday 23rd April, the team from Fenix Signalling successfully commissioned Phase 1A of our depot project incorporating Tiefenbach equipment – on time and in line with the programme schedule.

It was achieved against a compressed timescale due to practical site issues, but the team spirit was fantastic. There will be a detailed wrap-up session when the delivery team can pick up some of the challenges and blockers along the way.

This was a major achievement and against all the odds we achieved our programme deliverables with plain hard work and a will to get it “over the line”.
