Signals are good from major networking event

The Rolling Stock Networking (RSN) 2019 event has proved a big success for Fenix Rail Systems. It was among 130 exhibitors – from UK, mainland Europe and America. There were over 1,200 visitors at the Derby Arena.

Our exhibition stand N5 featured a live example of the Tie-Fenlock trailable points machine – a presentation on our innovative digital depot control solution that assists depot operators by reducing their workload and increasing safety, allowing them to set multiple routes within the depot.

Fenix CEO, Craig Purcell, was one of eight guest speakers at the event. He gave his insights into the provision of depot control systems and what can be achieved to locate efficiencies in depot operations to reduce delays. He also discussed the Tie-Fenlock system, which was first installed in the UK at the Central Rivers Depot in 2000 and has since established a track record of outstanding reliability. Craig shared information on how the innovative depot control system assists the depot team to optimise the operation of the depot.
