Fenix receives five-star RISQS audit for third year running

Fenix Signalling has achieved a five-star rating in its recent Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) audit, having already achieved the top rating in every audit since its formation.

RISQS is a scheme that provides an independent assessment of suppliers to the UK rail industry, ensuring they are capable of supplying services at a level that meets customer requirements.

A five-star rating is the highest possible, and Fenix’s repeated achievement of this standard is proof of the company’s attention to quality management in all its business processes. This enables it to successfully deliver clients’ signalling projects across multiple railway disciplines using innovative and modern methods.

Craig Purcell, Managing Director of Fenix Signalling, said: “The formal recognition of Fenix’s quality standards is a reflection the hard work our project teams – both on-site and in the office – put into upholding our robust management and safety systems.

“We shall continue to build on this and deliver a quality integrated service for our clients in the years to come as we expand our provision and continuously look for ways we can improve our in-house processes and systems.”
