We are excited to announce the launch of Fenix First Fix IOT, our innovative remote monitoring system designed to oversee and optimise the performance of train facility control systems.

With continuous monitoring of train facility interlocking systems, this innovation assures positive intervention to aid system maintenance and preventing down time using PPM. Fenix First-Fix is provided by our dedicated Fenix maintenance engineering team. 

 

What is Fenix First Fix?

How Does First Fix Performance Work?

 

We deliver regular performance reports (weekly or monthly) to our clients, identifying equipment performance issues enabling positive intervention through predictive maintenance. The service also includes routine site inspections conducted by our IRSE-qualified engineers. Our goal is to resolve any performance issues on the first visit, enhancing system maintenance and spares management.

 

What Makes First Fix Efficient?

 

  • One-Visit Resolution: By identifying issues in advance and specifying the tools and spares needed, our engineers are equipped to resolve problems during their first visit, eliminating the need for follow-ups.

  • Transparent Reporting: Clients receive comprehensive insights into system performance, helping reduce costs associated with spares management and unplanned downtime.

 

What Does It Cost?

The service operates on a fixed-fee structure, with three service tiers tailored to your needs. Payment is made via monthly direct debit, offering a clear and predictable cost model.

The First Fix advanced service is provided as standard for 12 months for all new installations and can be upgraded to Elite as an option if required

The system is available for all types of CBI systems new and existing.
